• Hardscaping and outdoor structures
• Seasonal clean-ups

2.1 Customization

We offer customized solutions tailored to your specific needs. All customizations must be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on the scope of work and materials required. Detailed quotes are provided prior to project initiation.

• Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon agreement, 50% upon completion
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cheque
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

We strive to adhere to scheduled timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes:

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling
• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional charges
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather or other external factors

5. Customer Obligations

Customers are expected to:

• Provide clear access to the property
• Ensure the work area is free from obstructions
• Communicate any specific requirements or concerns prior to project start

6. Warranty and Liability

Landscapers Hoxton stands by the quality of our work:

• We offer a one-year warranty on all installations and plantings
• Our liability is limited to the extent of the contract value
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

6.1 Insurance

We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our company and our clients in the event of accidents or damages during the project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• Mutual agreement in writing
• Breach of contract terms
• Unforeseen circumstances preventing fulfillment of the contract

Upon termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes:

• Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
• Any legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of Hoxton's local courts

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, which will take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
